Company Provides Update to the Marketplace, Industry and Customers

Grapevine, TX (July 13, 2005) – Pegasus Logistics Group, the market leader in time-definite transportation announces new strategic growth plans designed to maximize Pegasus' market share within the logistics industry. The growth plans touch multiple aspects within the company including the operating model, marketing and sales efforts, and corporate communications.

Operating Model Focus

For over ten years, Pegasus Logistics Group has serviced a wide-variety of customers with domestic and international third-party logistics, primarily from their headquarters in Texas. In a strategic move in their operating model, Pegasus will expand nationally to gain market share by focusing efforts on the domestic, time-definite segment. During this expansion, Pegasus will continue to provide innovative solutions in broader areas of logistics for all their customers.

Additionally, several brand and marketing initiatives including a new web site are scheduled to roll out later this year.

Since 2003, Pegasus Logistics Group has grown revenue 40% annually. In that time, over 75 employees have been added while opening two additional regional service centers.
