We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service and assurance that all shipments arrive safely and without shortage. If such an event does occur, the following procedures have been put in place to expedite the claims process and secure timely resolution.
NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE CLAIMS
Form to notify Pegasus of your intent to file a claim for loss or damage. This form must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for shipments with damage.
